KHOA Construction Group, established in 2020 and headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, is a full-service construction firm specializing in commercial and residential renovations. Our commercial capabilities include restaurant conversions, site development, and vanilla box construction. In the residential sector, we deliver high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodels with a focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Our commercial division has over 25 years of combined experience delivering franchise remodels for brands such as Popeyes and Dunkin’. We build in a wide range of conventional settings, including free-standing buildings, outdoor strip malls, and attached retail spaces, as well as more complex, unconventional environments such as train stations and hospitals. Our service include constructing vanilla box spaces for non-operational commercial units, as well as fully built-out restaurants featuring drive-through and takeout functionality.

Our residential division is dedicated to creating thoughtfully designed living spaces through a collaborative approach with a professional design team. We provide a white-glove service experience, guiding clients from initial concept through completion to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly.
